DS, 1781 September 20. : Boston. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Appointment.

Appoints Aaron Wood of Boxford as a Justice of the Peace for a period of seven years. Signed also by John Avery, Secretary. On verso is a document, 1782 April 24, Council Chambers, signed by Jeremiah Powell and Samuel Holten, as Members of the Council, stating that Wood had taken the oath of office.
